They’ve done it again! GI Sportz, is in the process of purchasing KEE Action Sports and its brands (Empire, JT, Spyder, RPS, etc.) from Angelo, Gordon & Company. While the deal has not officially been announced, we have been told it is all but rubber stamped. We expect an official announcement any time. This deal comes on the heels of GI Sportz acquisition of Tippmann and their many other moves including becoming a key founding partner in the NXL, forming Paintball.Media, taking over the Millennium Series webcast and several other things that are in the works.
