Bob Gurnsey is the father of paintball. All of us that enjoy watching the sport, playing the sport, or work for the sport owe him a great deal of thanks. Bob recently just lost his battle with leukemia, and his life is now being celebrated all over the world by playing paintball. In memory of Bob, Wayne’s World of Paintball will be holding an event on Sunday, September 6th at 2 PM. There will be an open mic for people to tell their story of how paintball has changed their lives. His loving wife Lori will also be in attendance and would love to have your support. This is free all day for the field, just buy paint. The event will start at 2 PM, but players are more than welcome to come early and get some playing in before.
