The Company ADRENALINE GAMES is the exclusive owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights required for the fabrication, use and marketing of several products and trademarks employed in the development of paintball game. In particular, ADRENALINE GAMES EUROPE, SL is the owner of Community Designs Registrations No. 003024322-0001 and 003024322-0002, (Win and Mini Win Bunkers) which confers to ADRENALINE GAMES, the exclusive right to use it and to prevent any third party not having his consent from using it. The aforementioned use shall cover, in particular, the making, offering, putting on the market, importing, exporting or using of a product in which the design is incorporated or to which it is applied, or stocking such a product for those purposes. The violation of intellectual and industrial property rights of ADRENALINE GAMES will be prosecuted both civil and criminal law.
