Manufacturer of ultra-reliable markers releases video showcasing how its paintball grenades are made.
Tippmann, legendary manufacturer of paintball guns since the eighties and producer of markers widely regarded as the most durable and reliable available, recently released a short “How It’s Made” video showcasing their Big Boy line of paint grenades. A simple and effective design, Tippmann’s Big Boy paint grenade is a length of tubing filled with pink paint. When the pin is pulled and the grenade is thrown, the grenade bounces and spins, slinging pink paint across a thirty foot area, a concept very clearly illustrated in the video by “test subject” Steve Rabackoff of G.I. Sportz.
Currently manufacturing a full line of paintball markers including the Gryphon, Cronus, 98 Custom, A5, X7 Phenom and FT-12, in addition to the TiPX pistol, tournament-style Crossover and US Army-brand markers as well as goggles and other paintball products and accessories, Tippmann recently announced their latest paintball marker, the magazine-fed TCR. Tippmann has also expanded into the growing world of airsoft with the release of their innovative airsoft M4 Carbine, which can operate with CO2 cartridges or compressed air and even accepts many actual AR15 stocks and handguards.
